Who’s legs?

Few of us went to Ijok for some story covering. While doing some shooting, we heard someone yelling: “pull me, pull me out!”

It was a media + blogger, his leg was half bury in yellow mud, was trying very hard to balance himself without falling onto the mud. It was funny.

We manage to rescue him, save his leg, save his DV, save his D70 and save his world~

Now, the question is…

Guess who he is?

Murder on the Dancefloor

“The Press, Watson, is a most valuable institution, if you know how to use it.” (The Adventure of the Six Napoleons)

“How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible, whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth?” (The Sign of Four)

The central question we must ask ourselves is this: Why? What is the motive?

The six clues of the case thus far are as below:-

1. The late Altantuya Shaariibuu’s child’s father is not political analyst, according to the Honarary Consul of Mongolia.

2. The late Altantuya was blown up with C4 charges capable of detonating tanks, bridges etc. Who would have access to these types of weaponry?

3. There are indications to suggest she is in fact a member of the Mongolian elite, that the media’s suggestion about blackmail is unjustified.

4. The Malaysian elites have more than enough to pay for silence. Why then did she have to be obliterated in this manner?

5. Who would be most threatened by Altantuya’s presence, whose father is reported to be arriving here with her marriage certificate.

6. The story by the police under remand, that they got greedy when they saw the bag of cash, thus ‘off’-ing her. This is 2006. Mongolia has an excellent banking system, thanks to the huge amounts of foreign aid which poured into the country. Hasn’t anyone heard of telegraphic transfer here?

“Circumstantial evidence is a very tricky thing. It may seem to point very straight to one thing, but if you shift your own point of view a little, you may find it pointing in an equally uncompromising manner to something entirely different.” (The Boscombe Valley Mystery)

So WHODUNNIT?

Who is Bolehman?

Smoothriver Podcast got a new audio episode called “I spent a night with Bolehman“. Guess who is Bolehman in the podcast?

How many toothpicks?

We went to the famous bean sprout and chicken place in Ipoh. The place was jam packed and we waited 45 minutes for our order to arrive. Worth the wait, the food was absolutely delicious. Anyway, while we were waiting, Youzi was bored to death. So she started playing with the toothpicks. Ok, all you need is one toothpick to pick your teeth but how many do you need to make this… thing?
